PUBLIC swimming pool and spa notification

In accordance with the Public Health Act 2010 and Public Health Regulation 2022, business owners must notify council of their public swimming pool or spa pool prior to operating.

Public swimming pools and spa pools include those where the public is admitted, for example at a club, gym, school, hospital, hotel, motel, guest house, day spa, holiday camps or where a private pool is used to provide public swimming lessons.
