Community satisfaction survey
In September 2016, as a newly formed council, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey asking 400 of our residents how we were performing.
The survey was implemented by the NSW Government and undertaken by JWS Research on behalf of all newly formed councils. The surveys were completed and included accurate representation of gender, age and place of residence across the new council area.
The survey report included comparisons of newly formed councils State-wide and Regional. We received an index score of 61, higher than rural average for recently merged councils (56) and the state-wide average of (58)
