Council seeks feedback on customer and library services
Published on 20 October 2025
Murray River Council is asking residents to share their thoughts on how they like to connect with Council and library services through a short customer service survey.
The quick, 2-minute survey asks community members how and when they prefer to get in touch and provides space for general feedback about customer and library service experiences.
Council’s CEO, Stacy Williams said the feedback will help Council better understand the needs and habits of the community.
“Council implemented some changes to customer service opening hours earlier this year, but like all changes its important to check-in and see what’s working or what could be improved,” Ms Williams said.
“We know everyone’s lives and routines are different, so this is about understanding how our customers prefer to interact with us, whether that’s online, over the phone or face-to-face.”
“By gathering this information, we can look for ways to make it easier and more convenient for people to connect with Council and our libraries.”
Residents can complete the survey online, by speaking to customer service staff on the phone, or when visiting a customer service centre or library.
All personal information collected will remain private and confidential, used only for internal purposes related to this survey.
