In pursuance of Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) and Division 3.4 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016 (NSW) it is notified that Murray River Council as Crown Land Manager of Reserve No. 550000 (Lot 275 in Deposited Plan 1084357) intends, at the expiration of 28 days after the date of publication of this notice to grant a lease in respect of the land specified in Schedule 2, for the term and purpose specified in Schedule 3.
Any submissions concerning the proposal may be made to Council in writing prior to 4pm on 17 January 2024, and addressed to the CEO, Murray River Council, PO Box 906 Moama NSW 2731, or alternatively forwarded by email to admin@murrayriver.nsw.gov.au
