Levy Developer Contributions

Under Part 7 Division 7.1  Subdivision 3 (Local infrastructure contributions) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (the Act), Council is able to recover the costs of infrastructure and facilities which are provided by Council to meet the demands of future development. Before the amendment of the Act in March 2018, these provisions were generally referred to as Section 94/94A Development Contributions.
