Changed traffic conditions on Tooleybuc Bridge

No longer on display. Expired on 24 December 2021, 12:00 PM

Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from 22 November on Tooleybuc Bridge over the Murray River for essential maintenance work.

Work includes repairing the underbridge supports and deck, restoring timber elements, steel trusses and other essential maintenance to ensure the bridge remains safe and efficient for all transport customers.

Work will be carried out between 7am and 6pm on weekdays and is expected to be completed in about four weeks, weather permitting.

The bridge will remain open while work is carried out to minimise disruption to motorists and the local community.

Bridge closures of up to 20 minutes, traffic control and a reduced speed limit will be in place during work hours for the safety of the community and workers.

Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time, drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.

Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
