Most recently used as a preschool, the property is currently held on two adjoining Certificates of Title and has a land area of approximately 1,881 square metres. The property is zoned R1 – General Residential zone under the Murray Local Environmental Plan 2011 and comprises 2 land lots, described as Lot 11 and Lot 12 on DP 236459.

Why is this property for sale?
Council has resolved to progress with the sale of the former Moama Preschool site at Regent Street, Moama.
This follows the delivery of the new purpose-built pre-school and early education centre in Boyes Street, which now renders the old site surplus to our asset requirements.
This move aligns with our commitment to financial sustainability and ensures that our resources are utilised efficiently.
The new preschool, with double the capacity, better serves our community's growing needs and supports the overall growth of Moama. It’s an exciting, community-backed initiative that is benefiting our littlest learners!
