Changes to Development Application notifications

On display until 31 December 2026

Changes to the way Development Applications (DAs) are notified by Murray River Council are now in effect (from Sept 1, 2026). Following the introduction of the NSW Government’s Statewide Community Participation Plan, several types of DAs will no longer require formal public exhibition and community submissions.
