Principal Certifying Authority

If you are renovating or extending your home, building a new home or undertaking a commercial development, you need to appoint a Principal Certifying Authority

BASIX - Building Sustainability Index

The Building Sustainability Index (BASIX) is a scheme designed to reduce greenhouse gasses and water consumption.

Fire safety certification

Fire safety is an integral part of the building and development process. Mandatory certificates and statements need to be considered when you are building.
