Advertising and signage application
If you're looking to apply for outdoor advertising or signage, you may be required to submit a Development Application.

Liquid trade waste application
Liquid trade waste (LTW) describes all liquid waste other than sewerage discharged to the sewer, including but not limited to:
- commercial premises such as beauticians, hairdresser, florist, hotel, motel, restaurant, butcher, petrol/service station, supermarket, dentist
- public or community premises such as school, college, hospital, nursing home, TAFE college
- industrial premises
- trade activities such as mobile carpet cleaner
- any commercial operations carried out at residential premises
- saleyards, racecourses, kennels and stables
Any business discharging trade waste to sewer, either directly or indirectly (tankered) must have Council approval to do so.

Planning Certificates: 10.7
A Section 10.7 Planning Certificate provides you with information about the development potential of a parcel of land. They are usually required upon the sale or purchase of a property.

Temporary food business permit
Any business that handles food must be registered with Council.
The ‘Temporary Food Business Permit’ applies to food being sold from a temporary structure (like a stall or stand) for a limited or periodic time at an approved event.
